  1. Order Processing & Delivery: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment (excluding weekends & public holidays). Estimated delivery time for USA is 7-14 business days (processing time included, minor delays may occur due to customs inspection/peak season).
  2. Free Shipping & Tax-Free: Free Standard Shipping for all USA orders (no minimum); a remote area surcharge will be shown at checkout if applicable. All prices are tax-free, no extra customs duties/import taxes on delivery.
  3. Expedited Shipping: For expedited delivery, contact our customer service in advance to confirm the exclusive plan, fee and delivery time.
  4. Shipment Support: For lost/damaged packages or delays, contact us with your order number and related photos for free reshipment or refund. Modify/cancel orders within 2 hours after placing; no changes after processing.
