What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a brilliant gemstone known for its exceptional sparkle and durability. It offers a diamond-like shine while remaining a refined and elegant choice for everyday jewelry.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Our jewelry is nickel-free and designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. However, everyone’s skin is different. If you experience irritation, please contact us and our support team will help you.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to selected international destinations. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Gift Packaging
Does my order come with gift packaging?
Yes. Every Celand Jewelry order arrives in premium gift-ready packaging, carefully prepared to feel special from the moment it arrives.
Can I send it directly as a gift?
Yes. Our packaging is designed to be gift-ready. If you are sending it as a gift, please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day easy returns for eligible items. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
Warranty
What does your 1-year replacement warranty cover?
Our 1-Year Replacement Warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal wear, including loose stones, faulty clasps, and chain damage.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, loss, accidental damage, improper use, exposure to chemicals, or damage caused by third-party repairs.
Do you repair jewelry?
We currently offer replacement support for approved manufacturing defects instead of repair service. This allows us to provide a faster and simpler solution for our customers.
Jewelry Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid contact with perfume, lotions, sweat, seawater, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes, our pieces are designed for everyday elegance. To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
